Foresight. Insight. Strategic Action.
Sensemaking in a world of big data, AI, complexity, disruption, Blockchain, and unknown unknowns is fast becoming a standout strategic-thinking differentiator. The abilities to glean insight, generate foresight, and know what to do have become prized leadership competencies in the next-gen, digital, distance learning economy.
Semiotic Tools for the Future of Business
This keynote presentation introduces participants in how to create custom foresight that leads to insight and shapes strategic action in the present. It helps align teams across an organization with a common view of the future. It may be the single most important tool or developing a coherent view of a complex future. Possessing strategic foresight that is clear, focused, and intentional while at the same time being nimble, market-sensitive, and able to pivot is crucial to success in the new economy.
