StrengthsFinder Team Workshop in Salt Lake City, Utah:
This interactive StrengthsFinder workshop is an excellent supplemental professional development program for your organization, work-team, staff retreat or corporate team-building event. The StrengthsFinder 2.0 training seminar can be presented in a 2 hour, half-day (3-4 hour) or full-day (7-8 hour) block of time and can be conducted at your organization, a Salt Lake City area hotel, or offsite.
Two StrengthsFinder Workshops:
(1) Engaging Employees & Teams Through Strengths
A half-day (3-4 hour) training experience is offered and geared to help employees discover how they can use and develop their natural strengths and talents to bring out their best contribution to the organization as an individual, a team member, and/or team leader. We focus in on each participant’s Top 5 Signature Strengths as we cover all 34 talents. We also look at how to work more effectively as a team as we profile team strengths within your unique organization. A customized team talent map and supplemental materials are provided.
(2) Developing Strengths-Based Managers & Teams
A full-day (7-8 hour) training experience is offered for managers and supervisors. Your managers will first discover and unlock the potential of their own talents and strengths and then learn how to use their strengths to manage, develop, coach and motivate strengths-based teams. Managers and supervisors learn The 4 Keys of Great Managers and 8 Secrets to Building Strong Teams. This workshop equips supervisors, managers and directors to maximize the potential of each employee under their leadership and supervision in order to deepen employee engagement, increase team productivity and drive business results across their department.

Salt Lake is bustling city and a favorite for conference and event planners. Each time I’m in Salt Lake City (or driving down the I-15, I’m mesmerized by the panoramic and stunning beauty of both the Wasatch and Oquirrh Mountain ranges that tower into the sky and serve as backdrops to this community. Salt Lake City, founded by Brigham Young in 1847, is a thriving city of over one million residents and is home to the world headquarters of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

As a once farming community and now a thriving economic region, SLC serves is the home to many successful small and mid-sized business and organizations. StrengthsFinder assessment and training is taking place in many local universities and colleges throughout Salt Lake City area helping students discover their talents.
Salt Lake City Hospitality and Attractions
If you have time while in SLC there are lots of different activities and attractions to enjoy before leaving. For starters, you can visit the Temple Square which is the most popular attraction in all of Salt Lake City. As well, visitors can enjoy the West Downtown which is filled with a plethora of great restaurants, arts, culture, etc. and things to do. Being a Capital City, Salt Lake is a hub for state and federal government. A trip to Capital Hill is both informative and inspirational. If you have kids, Hogle Zoo is fantastic experience (and in the winter transformed into a winter wonderland).
Lastly, Liberty Park is a gorgeous area that houses hiking and biking trails, small lakes, boats, picnic shelters, amusements rides…something for everyone. Home to the University of Utah, a 30,000 plus research university, Salt Lake City is fabulous city with great people. If you are planning an event and need a facility to host your event you can’t go wrong with either the Salt Palace Convention Center, University Guest House & Conference Center or the Salt Lake Convention and Visitors Bureau.
