Perfect for teams who have already completed StrengthsFinder Part 1 and want to:

Unlike Part 1, which focuses on self-awareness and shared understanding, Part 2 is all about application. Participants will:
- Revisit their strengths in new contexts
- Identify when strengths are working for or against them
- Explore real-world team challenges through a strengths-based lens
- Create practical strategies and shared commitments for daily collaboration
Strengths in Action (Part 2) Workshop Modules: (In-person and Virtual Offerings)
Module 1: Strengths in Motion – Real-World Impact
Reconnect with the strengths language and integrate new team members. Participants share recent wins through the lens of strengths and update the team map with new contributors.
Module 2: Strengths-Based Collaboration & Conflict
Identify how complementary strengths can create synergy or tension. Use practical exercises to strengthen how team members respond to differences, feedback, and pressure.
Module 3: Productivity Through Partnerships
Apply strengths to active team goals. Participants map out strengths in supporting or advising on upcoming projects based on their natural talents.
Module 4: Commitment & Culture
Design rituals, agreements, and routines that reinforce strengths-based habits in daily workflows. Create a Strengths Team Charter and share updated insights in a team closer exercise.
